Hydrogen Explosion in Methanol Synthesis Facility Compression Room
The incident took place in compression room of methanol synthesis manufactory of ZAO Azot in Severodonetsk. As a result of pipeline destruction mixture of pressurized gases (mostly hydrogen) filled compression room and then exploded.
