Hydrogen Explosion at Distillation Unit Elbow, Destroying Unit and Injuring Workers
A hydrogen leak followed by an explosion occurred at an elbow of a pipeline cooling system and the separator of the distillation unit. The explosion destroyed the unit and injured two workers.
