Explosion from a Hydrogen Piping
Piping failed because of corrosion and a release of hydrogen occurred with an explosion. The fire lasted approximately 10 minutes, resulting in the shutdown of the hydrogen unit. Noise of the explosion was heard offsite for well over a mile. Some minor damage offsite.
