Explosion During Hydrogen Transfer
Hydrogen leak occurred from temporary pipe work during transfer of hydrogen between permanent and emergency cylinders. Ignition source unknown. Resultant explosion caused serious burns to one employee and fire damage to the area local to the explosion.
