1 These requirements cover component fuel cell modules for building into equipment, including portable and stationary fuel cell applications. 2. These requirements also cover proton exchange membrane (PEM), alkaline, phosphoric acid, molten carbonate, solid oxide type fuel cell modules that are intended to be factory installed in complete products. 3. These requirements do not cover removable fuel cartridges for refueling the fuel cell module.
