This standard specifies the electric bike fuel cell power generation system of terms and definitions, technical parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and instructions and other requirements. This standard applies to two electric bicycles and scooters with fuel cell power generation system, does not apply to motorcycles and other uses of the fuel cell power generation system.
