Hydrogen Safety Culture Questionnaire
Attention: Middle Management
Objective:
The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback on how safety culture
*
is perceived by management in your organization. This survey is intended for Middle Management (those who lead/manage/influence day-to-day operation) and will help us assess how the hydrogen industries approach safety culture. Aggregate data from this survey will be used to generate future safety culture initiatives and resources. And note that your responses will be kept confidential and participating organizations will not be identified. We sincerely appreciate your feedback.
Background:
Hydrogen is poised to play a significant role in the move toward electrification and the global efforts toward decarbonization. However, hydrogen’s use as a fuel is new to many. This can bring a range of challenges to existing organizations and having an effective and evolving safety culture is crucial to protecting people (employees and others) and promoting a positive reputation for the industry. A positive safety culture that underpins all design and operational activities also supports greater efficiency and profitability.
*
Safety culture includes the attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, and values that employees share in relation to hydrogen safety practices in the workplace.
