How does one find an engineer or someone to help with reviewing existing Atmosphere Explosives (ATEX) certified area drawings and certifying for Canada?

Panel members have not encountered a device or area classification for ATEX approval within Canada. ATEX is a European Union directive and is not generally recognized within North American standards.
