  • Location of emergency response equipment
  • Appropriate fire suppression response
  • Establishment and maintenance of communications
  • Appropriate medical response
  • Procedure for summoning outside assistance
  • Establishment of security
  • Possible media coverage
  • Salvage and restoration operations
  • Establishment of a command post with a pre-designated line of authority
  • Hazardous material inventories and locations
  • Establishment of evacuation routes and staging areas for non-responding personnel
